You will have all of these in your pantry or fridge most of the time …it takes 2 minutes to make these dressings and they are so much better for you than the sugar and vegetable oil laden bought dressings.
For best results use a small hand whisk, or put all ingredients into a small glass jar and shake ! You can also store these in the fridge for a few days.
Once you get the hang of making your own dressings get creative !! add garlic, herbs, lime juice etc to suit your tastes.
Basic Dressing;
3 Tbs olive oil
2Tbs fresh lemon juice or white vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Variations: add to the above
- Honey Mustard
1 tbs English or Dijon Mustard
2-3 tbs Honey
- Creamy Dressing
3 Tbs Natural Yoghurt
- Tahini Dressing
2 Tbs Natural Yoghurt
1 Tbs runny Tahini
Extra lemon or lime juice to taste
