What you need:
• 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk ( or almond milk)
• 1/2 cup coconut water (or filtered water)
• ½ cup berries or other fruit, (puree works best)or some fresh vanilla bean
• You can add Cacao Powder or Cacao Nibs for chocolate hit !
What to do:
In a small bowl or half pint Mason type glass jar, add coconut, chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut water, fruit, vanilla and mix until very well combined.
Or you can do this in a theromix or blender for smooth consistency
Place in the refrigerator and allow to rest for at least 2 hours or overnight
* This is a great option for breakfast on days you are in a hurry, make it the night before.
