Tamara has been part of the IBFit team for just over a year and I could not be more excited to have her as part of the team. Ultra running nutrition

I met Tamara on an Ultra Trail Australia training run in February. Based on some great conversations with her that day and positive recommendations from other runners, I organised a first consultation in March. Since then Tamara’s guidance on the right nutrition to suit me has made a huge impact on both my daily energy levels and my running stamina. The combination of a more consistent training plan with Tamara’s everyday and race day nutrition plans helped me knock nearly an hour off my 2015 UTA50km race time! Tamara’s recipes and general advice have been great for both me and my family – including the three young fussy eaters – so I would thoroughly recommend a visit.
