Thanks Tamara – it was AWESOME – I followed the nutrition plan to a tee and it worked a bomb –   Ended up with 1 Gel at the end – but the peanut butter sandwich was massive (2 slices of BIG sourdough), so net net, I think I was spot on with the carbs you recommended.

Last 10km were strongest and best of race and I ended up with a MASSIVE smile.

I am so so so grateful I reached out to you for advice!
